Preventing stress in organizations: How to develop positive managers: Our book (based on our research on line managers and preventing stress) was published by Wiley Blackwell in 2010. It focusses on the role of line managers in preventing and reducing stress in their employees. It is aimed primarily at practitioners who work with line managers to help them with people management and stress management skills/approaches and at those in training for these practitioner roles.
