Affinity Health at Work

Research Consortium Membership

We offer research consortium membership to any institutions, organisations and individuals wishing to expand their networks and knowledge on topics relating to health, wellbeing, engagement and leadership.

Our current major consortium project is to develop a dynamic new resource for practitioners: an online hub or portal through which you can access evidence-based materials to help you enhance employee health, wellbeing and engagement. This is a free-to-access resource to support evidence-based practice in the field of employee health, wellbeing and engagement. Specifically aiming to:

Watch a short animation about the hub here. View the hub itself here.

Consortium members take part in, and financially support, our research and the development of the hub through their membership. In return they gain access to a range of benefits, including day-long, quarterly master-classes, where they can discuss the latest Affinity Health at Work research findings and hear from a range of specialists on relevant topics, which are chosen by the membership. The following is a testimonial from one of our members:

Being part of the consortium brings many benefits to us as an organisation, supporting our drive to improve the health and wellbeing of our employees:

This increased understanding and awareness means that my work to improve health and wellbeing of our employees is based on solid research, best practice and experience, so our employees gain maximum benefit from our services.
