Research: Line managers and return to work

Funded by the British Occupational Health Research Foundation (BOHRF), and conducted in collaboration with Loughborough University and Goldsmiths, University of London, this project explored line managers' behaviour in facilitating the successful return-to-work of employees on long-term sick leave due to anxiety and depression, back pain, heart disease or cancer.
