Affinity Health at Work are working with Acas to develop case studies and advice to improve access to, and implementation of, work adjustments for mental health.

We have gathered survey data and received interview contributions from employees with a mental health condition, professionals supporting employees, and managers who has adjusted their employees' work

Thank you to those who have shared their story so openly and honestly. We will be building this information into advice and guidance materials as well as case studies for Acas to be released in the coming months.
