Research Consortium

This The Affinity Health at Work Research Consortium is a network of researchers, policy makers and employers who come together to improve the health and wellbeing of employees; and support organisations in their efforts to do so.

Established in 2005, the Research Consortium aims is to strengthen the evidence base for work, health and wellbeing; share evidence, knowledge and best practice; bring together multi-disciplinary perspectives to prevent ill-health and promote and support health and wellbeing at work; and conducted ground breaking work


Evidence hub

The work, health and wellbeing hub is a unique expert resource that makes good evidence, tools and guidance easy to find, access and read. The development of the hub was funded by our Research Consortium and provides a synthesis to the latest research, guidance material and white papers to help practitioners access the information they need, when they need it.


Practitioner Community

Our practitioner community is growing and we are frequently share resources, hold roundtable discussions on current topics, curate guidance and curate webinar content across the field.
