The evidence is overwhelming. For organisations of all sizes, investing in wellbeing is not simply about doing the right thing for employees. It's also instrumental in driving engagement, productivity, organisational resilience, reputation and long-term growth.

Poor mental health costs UK employers £51 billion each year, largely through presenteeism, absence and turnover (Deloitte, 2024). Encouragingly, the same analysis shows an average £4.70 return for every £1 invested, with the strongest gains achieved through preventative, organisation-wide initiatives that tackle issues early and build supportive cultures.
