
About the project
We are conducting a qualitative study to understand the outcomes of senior leaders disclosing their mental ill-health in the workplace.
This research aims to reduce stigma and empower open dialogue about mental health at work.
Who can participate?
We are looking for Senior Leaders (C-2) who have disclosed personal experiences of mental ill-health at work.
Senior Leader requirement includes anyone from C-Suite, Executives, Directors, and Heads of Departments - or equivalent across sectors).

How does the participation look like?
You will participate in a remote, one-to-one interview with one of our researchers. Each session will be a one-hour, one-off interview.
