Evidence-based wellbeing at work
Adapted from Barends, Rousseau and Briner (2014)
We are committed to using evidence to help the organisations we work with make the best possible decisions.
We combine various sources of evidence to build a better understanding of the challenges you face:
- Scientific research, drawing on the latest and best quality studies;
- Practitioner perspectives, which includes both our own professional expertise and from our colleagues in the field;
- Organisational data which is relevant to the issue at hand;
- Stakeholder perspectives within an organisation, including the voice of employees.
Because we rely on evidence, you can be confident that our solutions have solid foundations and are not based on fads and fashions – and most importantly you are likely to get the results you want.
Those solid foundations include our own research. We are recognised for our pioneering research in the field of work, health and wellbeing, which means we draw on the latest research, share evidence with the wider community and ensure that learnings from our work contributes to better working lives, including beyond our own client base.
