Step 1: Scope
We take time to work with you to identify the best solution to meet your needs – whether that is an awareness programme or end-to-end programme of support.
Step 2: Familiarise
We start all projects with a familiarisation stage. This is where we develop a deep understanding of your organisation and your people. Depending on your needs, we may review organisational policies and data, interview key stakeholders, run focus groups across staff groups, and amalgamate sectoral evidence from academic and practitioner research. This stage is essential to develop a shared understanding of your organisational challenges and the delivery context. This step helps us to develop an understanding of the language and norms in your organisation and helps you to gain broad engagement from across key stakeholder groups.
Step 3: Co-create solutions
Building on our insights from the familiarisation process, we work with you to co-create solutions. This ensures that organisational expertise is fully embedded and our solutions are tailored and credible. Working together also means that our experience and knowledge around health and wellbeing at work is transferred to your internal stakeholders, building the sustainability of your internal expertise.
Step 4: Evaluate and learn
We work with you to develop a measurement approach that fits your needs. At the start of each project, we consider existing forms of organisational evidence and how these might be used to benchmark progress. We can also work with you to design a comprehensive measurement approach to evaluate specific interventions and return on investment.
Our approach to evaluation helps organisations to lay the groundwork for subsequent entries to industry and sector awards, to contribute to risk reporting, to support a continuous learning approach and where appropriate, to contribute to academic and industry publications to share learnings.
