The IGLOO Sickness Absence and Sustainable Return to Work Pilot Study

Based on our IGLOO model (Individual, Group, Leaders, Organisation), the study offers a variety of different resources aimed at employers, managers, and their workers surrounding long-term sick leave and returning back to work after a period of absence.

Joining us on this research project are Professors Fehmidah Munir and Karina Nielsen from Loughborough University and The University of Sheffield respectively, as well as Grounded Research @ RDaSH.

We are currently recruiting organisations as participants for the research to help us evaluate the resources. Participation is free but the organisation must be based within the Yorkshire or Humber region. Further details and contact information can be found in the blog post.
