The majority of research into moral injury has been focused on high-risk sectors such as the military, emergency services and healthcare sectors, so we recently conducted research in collaboration with Softer Success® to understand its effect on individuals in corporate environments.
Rachel Lewis was interviewed by IIRSM's Sentinel magazine and this article highlights our research findings, and our recommendations for employees experiencing moral injury and for organisations looking to mitigate the likelihood or implications of moral injury in the workplace.
